The Heron
Bay Group was developed as a training, coaching and mentoring organization.
Our initial offering was the Real Life Project
Management workshop. The philosophy behind the workshop is
to provide sound basic project management skills for anyone managing,
or involved in projects of any type. This includes Project Managers,
Team Leads and End Users.
We had
several clients ask us to expand the communications section of the
workshop so we developed a one day stand alone workshop called Effective
Communications. While it is applicable to the entire company,
it especially valuable to Project Teams, Sales, and Sales Support
personnel. We have since added more courseware for the needs of our
customers.
We have trained hundreds of people in organizations such as IBM, City
of Ft Lauderdale, Sema Latin American Division, and Royal Caribbean
Cruise Lines. Our course program can be tailored to meet your specific
