a consulting practice which provides strategic and management services
on planning, development, deployment and integration of information
technology. Her most recent projects: reorganization and management
of an information technology group; the design of post implementation

support and development and for initiating the migration from mainframe
applications to client/server systems. Before joining Racal, Leigh
worked for W.R. Grace and Co., first in its Dewey & Almy Chemical
unit, and then at its corporate headquarters in Boca Raton. Leigh
implemented an MRPII package in support of manufacturing and administrative
functions in the US and the UK, and was instrumental in the re-organization
of sales functions in both geographies. As Corporate Financial Systems
Architect, she played a key role in the selection of systems to support
the company's move to shared systems and services. Leigh's last assignment
at Grace was the management of corporate systems, including financial,
legal and human resources applications, and the re-structuring of
the information systems group.
Leigh
spent eight years at Wang Laboratories, Inc. Hired as a components
planner, Leigh served on a key project to implement an MRP system.
Upon successful completion of this project, Leigh re-joined line management
and was responsible for forecasting, production planning, procurement
and shipping/receiving first for a disk assembly plant and then for
Wang's largest manufacturing operation. Asked to expand the MRP system
to all of Wang's domestic operations, Leigh completed the project
and joined a newly-formed internal Information Technology consulting
group, providing project management, analysis, project turnaround
and training services to Wang locations worldwide. Leigh's last accomplishment
for Wang was the replacement of their global purchasing system.
Leigh
was born in Southern Ohio, holds a BA in English and History from
